Take Up Units Take up units are ideal for applications where conveyor rollers need tensioning, or for elevator pulleys. The units come with a completely sealed bearing insert, the housing features a grease nipple for re-lubrication. Two grub screws hold the bearing in place and are used to tighten against a shaft once in place. Inserts are also available separately and can be easily swapped out when replacements are needed.
Belt Tensioner Units Cast iron conveyor belt tensioner bearing unit which comes supplied with a full width bearing insert pre-fitted, they also include a grease nipple which allows for easy re-lubrication. The bearing insert has 2 grub screws to allow easy tightening against the shaft after installation. The units are designed to be used with the RHP BTHF series tensioner housings which have feet, used for bolting in place or the RHP BTH series without feet allowing for welding in place.
